The terms and conditions listed in the following agreement apply to the purchase of products or services from Attain Zero, who are referred to from this point forward as "we," "us," or "our".
By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Joining Attain Zero
All product and service purchases must be initiated through a formal quotation process. Upon customer inquiry, a personalised quotation will be provided, detailing the specific products or services requested, associated costs, and any applicable taxes or fees. The customer must review and confirm the quotation before any purchase is finalised. All purchases will be invoiced based on the agreed-upon quotation, and payment must be made in accordance with the outlined terms on the invoice.
2. Annual Package Quotation and Renewal Terms
All packages are quoted on an annual basis, reflecting the provision of a new issue or set of services each year. The quoted price covers a 12-month period and includes the delivery of updated products or services in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Renewal of the package for subsequent years will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the renewal agreement or as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
3. Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products or services. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GB Pounds Stirling and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase, via bank transfer, as detailed in the invoice. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
5. Product or Service Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe our products and services. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. If a product or service is not as described, your sole remedy is to request a refund with no further use.
6. Shipping of User Details
Upon receipt of payment, user details, including relevant access information, will be dispatched within a few days. Any specified shipping costs and estimated delivery times pertain to the delivery of digital or informational content. We shall not be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. The risk of loss or non-delivery passes to you upon the dispatch of user details.
7. Introduction and Satisfaction Guarantee
Every effort will be made to introduce you to our services through an initial call before providing a quotation for services. We believe in the satisfaction of our customers. If, within two weeks of receiving your user details, you find our product/service unsatisfactory, we are happy to issue a refund, and terminate your contract with us.
8. Maintenance and Downtime
We may, from time to time, perform essential maintenance on our website to ensure the continued reliability and security of our products and services. During these maintenance periods, access to our products may be temporarily restricted. We will make reasonable efforts to schedule maintenance during non-peak hours and provide advance notice whenever possible. However, you acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may require immediate maintenance without prior notice. We are not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages resulting from temporary downtime due to maintenance activities. Your continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of this provision.
9. Your Emissions Data
We will only access your emissions data with your permission. If requested, we can access your data to assist with your queries. If you request us to produce a carbon report on your behalf then we will need to access your emissions data.
10. Proprietary Rights and Software Usage
This software is the exclusive property of Attain Zero. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of this software, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. Individuals or entities found copying, distributing, or otherwise misusing the software without express permission from Attain Zero will be subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
